Before beginning the Core4™ exercise program, my lower back was always
tight and my flexibility was non-existent. Since beginning the program, I have
noticed that daily activities, including sitting, are much more tolerant now. I
have have much better flexibility and am able to participate in athletic
activities like golf and tennis.
I highly recommend the Core4Training™ program. It has kept me
healthy and injury free. Every day that I don't do my exercises, I can tell!

I had soreness in my neck, limited range of motion and soreness in my
lower back. While using the Core4Training™ program, I have gained mobility and
full range of motion in my neck. The aches and pains in my lower back are gone.
I can play sports, workout and live an active life without the pain and

Core4Training™ shows you simple ways to correct bad habits that
have been gained over time. The core exercise program showed me easy ways to
correct my techniques in daily movement to maximize my training and minimize my

I was experiencing lower back pain daily. I would wake up every night
in pain. I ached if I shopped or when I was on my feet too long. Since starting
the Core4Training™ program, I have virtually no lower back pain anymore. I
sleep all night with no pain and am able to hike, bike, swim, and shop without

Prior to the Core4Training™ program, I suffered from low back
instability and weaker abdominal muscles. I was more susceptible to injury in
the low back area. Since starting the program, I have noticed more strength and
stability in my core muscles along with more flexibility. I am able to bend
twist, etc. with more confidence that I will not "throw my back out".
Core4Training™, if done properly and regularly, will help
minimize the chance of injuring one's back. It will also provide more
functional abilities to daily and recreational activities.

Before beginning the Core4Training™ program, I had severe disc
protrusion and major pain, in the morning, shooting down my left leg. I would
hobble around for 30 to 45 minutes and could not stand for more than 15
minutes, at a time, because of back pain and leg weakness. Since beginning
treatment and following the Core4™ Exercise program, I am able to walk normally.
The shooting pains, in my left leg, are gone and I am able to play tennis and
walk long periods. Overall, I am back to normal because of these strengthening
exercises.
The treatments I received from the doctor were definitely
beneficial, but to fully recover to normal, the Core4™ exercises were "key."
This has made me normal again, even better now because my back is stronger and
healthier. I definitely recommend this program to others.

exercises, I have noticed a change in my posture and even the way I sit in a
chair. I am more in tune with my body. When it comes to my workout programs, I
do many different things. Using the Core4™ program when I exercise has helped me
get more out of my routines by giving me better form and protection from

I would recommend this Core4™ program to everyone because it
helps prevent injury to every part of your body. Whether you are working out on
weights, running, doing an exercise class or just picking up a box off the

Before beginning the program, I had lower back disc degeneration,
resulting in a severe, L4 - L5, disc herniation. I had back surgery for this.
Since I have been using the Core4™ program, I noticed faster surgical recovery
time. I also noticed that my abdominals are stronger which is helping me to
support my back better. I also notice a shorter time to recovery when I
experience flares ups, in pain.
The Core4™ for program is good for anyone, injured or not. It
helps me with prevention of injury and will help those who have pain. The
program has limited the amount of pain and the occurrence of it. I feel it also
gives a better sense of ones body and body posture.

When I first learned about the Core4™ program, I was having problems
with my lower back. Now that I am using the program, I feel better. Standing at
work is easier. I can tell when I am not performing the Core4™ exercises. My
lower back is tight and it feels more painful.
I recommend the core exercises to others because it helps to
strengthen and shape the core muscles of the body. This program takes less time
than most Ab work outs.
