An 8-hour course designed to apply the essential anatomy of the back, neck and shoulders
to exercise and traditional drills used to reduce the risk of injury and increase
movement efficiency. Firefighters have taken this course and feel that this seminar directly improves common movements often used while working.
Continuing Education Seminars for the professional
This ACE approved (0.7 CEC) and NSCA approved (0.8 CEC) course will provide scientific tools that will assist in teaching "core" drills. The concept of "Core4®" will be introduced and you will learn how to apply this concept to traditional exercise. The "Core4®" concept can be added to floor drills, resistance training, and even cardiovascular workouts. The implementation of the "Core4®" concept will improve technique and reduce the risk of injury. Great for the physical trainer.
Practice Building Seminars for the Chiropractor
In Office: Chiropractors will acquire tools needed when moving a patient through reconditioning drills for the neck, shoulder girdle, low back and pelvis. Protocols for the proper implementation of this program into your practice will
be given with helpful hints on coding. Retention and follow-through of home exercise will be improved by using the DVD & booklet. This 4-stage program is also taught
as an elective at the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois.
